2 - 2.5cm / 1 inch thick

Instructions
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon - stir well
Transfers to a flat dish or plate in preparation to soak the bread
Slice your loaf of bread into thick pieces (2-2.5cm or just under 1 inch)
Soak your slices of bread in the prepared mix, turning over half way through, 1-2 minutes each side
Whilst your bread is soaking, get your frying pan ready with a splash of oil or butter - heat to high
Transfer each slice of soaked bread to the hot pan, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side until golden
Serve with berries and maple syrup!
