Roasted New Potatoes with Garlic and Thyme

Ingredients
  

  • 750 g new potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Large pinch sea salt
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C
  • Rinse the potatoes and then cut them in half - leave the skins on
  • Add the potatoes to a baking dish
  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic powder to the baking dish and shake / toss with the potatoes until full coated
  • Pop the potatoes in your preheated, check them after about 30 minutes and give them a shake up. Return to the oven for a further 15-30 minutes (depending on how crispy you like them)! They'll definitely be done within 60 minutes.
