runny honey

dried red chilli flakes

parmesan
finely grated
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 200C
Prepare your broccoli by chopping it into bite-sized florets
In a bowl, add the broccoli, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper and chilli flakes
Stir the broccoli well to coat
Tip the coated broccoli onto a baking dish/tray
Pop the prepared broccoli into the oven, bake for 20 minutes. It's done when the broccoli is fork tender
Grate the parmesan (you can do this while the broccoli is baking)
Serve the broccoli in a bowl, topped with the fresh grated parmesan and more black pepper if you wish!
